  9:00 am         Basecoating begins (in the classroom)  

  3:00 pm         Optional 3-hour class in the Ukrainian folk-art form of Petrykivka

  tba                 Board of Directors Meeting (time and room to be announced)

  tba                 Trade Show open  (schedule will be posted on Trade Show Room door)

Friday – October 25 (Note: breakfast is not provided)
 8:00 am           Classroom opens – order lunches (capped at 20 per day)  Trade Show Open

 9:00 am           Instruction begins

10:30 am          Break  

10:45 am          Instruction resumes

12:00 pm          Lunch (1 ½ hours)  Trade Show Open

 1:30 pm           Instruction resumes   

 3:30 pm           Break 

 3:45 pm           Instruction resumes

 5:00 pm           Instruction Ends  CRA Member Meeting (starts immediately after class)

Saturday – October 26

 8:00 am          Classroom opens – order lunches (capped at 20 per day)  Trade Show Open

 9:00 am          Instruction begins

10:30 am         Break  

10:45a m         Instruction resumes

12:00 pm         Lunch (1 ½ hours))  Trade Show Open

 1:30 pm          Instruction resumes  

 3:30 pm          Break 

 3:45 pm          Instruction resumes

 4:30 pm          Instruction Ends  

 5:30 pm          No Host Bar available for cash, charge or room charge—located inside Bistro

 6:00 pm          Banquet Performance by Southern CA Damekor

 6:30 pm          Buffet service, followed by A time of Remembering, Installation and Raffle

Sunday – October 27

 8:00 am          Classroom opens – order lunches (capped at 20 per day)  Trade Show Open

 9:00 am          Instruction begins

10:30 am         Break  

10:45 am         Instruction resumes

12:00 pm         Lunch (1 hour) 

1:00 pm           Instruction resumes

2:30 pm           Break  

2:45 pm           Instruction resumes

5:00pm            Instruction Ends    Trade Show closes
