CRA Convention Policies

$75 deposit is not refundable unless event is cancelled.  Balance is due by September 21, 2026.

No refunds after September 22, 2026 unless event is cancelled.

$15 membership fees is not refundable.

Health and Safety: Because some people are sensitive to oil paints and solvents, all painting will be done in acrylics.  We continue to monitor health concerns. Policies will reflect the needs of the vendor and local mandates in effect at the time of the 2026 convention.
