Join Julie Anderson for Adventures in Telemark Rosemaling. Explore the elegance of Telemark Rosemaling while painting on a light or dark background. Paint on a surface of your choice or on a box from Mike Lusk: Click for Box Details (order box by July 8). The class will explore the essential aspects of a Telemark design, scroll structure, different types of flower construction as well as discuss color and value options as you paint on a light or dark background. Also, expand your creativity as you embellish the scrolls, flowers and empty spaces with your liner brush. Julie will provide a pattern to use and you can adjust it to fit the surface of your choice. The class will be taught in acrylics, but painters can work in either medium as Julie teaches in both.
